The bright, curved façade with its playful arrangement of prefabricated window elements is the new visual highlight of the city of Münster. The arrangement of the same elements follows a fixed rule: the first window has a frame, the second does not and the third element is rotated by 180 degrees. This creates a play of spatial depth that fascinates and captivates the eye. The attic and first floor are exempt from this rule.

The façade on the top floor was deliberately designed differently and a window to the city was created. It is one of the very few points in Münster that allows a view across the promenade to the church towers and over the roofs of the city.

On the first floor, the façade plays with the dynamics of openness and closure. Perspectives and angles vary depending on the viewpoint and are always lively. To this end, the windows on the first floor have been pulled down to the sidewalk, blurring the transition between inside and outside.
