Awards and prizes
Architectural awards are the icing on the cake of a long planning and construction process. We are all the more pleased that we are nominated and awarded relatively frequently. We are particularly proud of the public awards.

AWARDED !!!
The CIC – Coppenrath Innovation Centre won GOLD at the polis award 2025, the Lower Saxony State Prize for Architecture 2024, the HEINZE Architecture Award 2024, as well as recognition at the Balthasar Neumann Prize 2025 and the Lower Saxony Timber Construction Prize 2024, and was also a finalist at the archello awards 2024 – Category: Adaptive Reuse of the Year and nominated for the DAM Prize 2026.
It received two LOOP Design Awards 2025, one as winner in the Architecture | Renovation category and one as winner of the People’s Choice Award.

Aktuell steht das CIC im Finale der MIPIM Awards (Best Conversion).
Die Entscheidung über den Preisträger fällt im März in Cannes.
Die „Auszeichnung vorbildlicher Bauten in Nordrhein-Westfalen“ wird alle fünf Jahre durch das Ministerium für Heimat, Kommunales, Bau und Digitalisierung NRW in Kooperation mit der AKNW an die besten Bauwerke der jeweiligen Periode vergeben. Es ist für uns eine große Ehre, dass auch unser SOS Kinderdorf in Düsseldorf-Garath zu den ausgezeichneten Projekten gehört.

For the second year in a row, the KRESINGS team takes to the stage to accept a polis Award.
The Hageloft has won the Osnabrück Housing Prize, which was awarded for the first time.
The jury, chaired by Prof. Hilde Léon, recognized the mixed-use project as an exemplary residential building.
