Ambitious design for a flagship urban development project in the heart of Stuttgart in terms of sustainable architecture
Two major issues had to be considered in the design: Noise and ventilation of the new quarter (via the vineyard adjacent to the north).
Therefore, in addition to a large aisle, we also cut smaller aisles in the first floor zones for pedestrians.
