The outline of the environ in the innovation quarter directly at Rheine station has no right angles, only round corners. The rear-ventilated light metal façade with triple glazing is initially structured horizontally by a banding. However, the strict horizontality is broken up by sloping façade bands and projecting façade elements. The metal structure, together with the many glass surfaces, gives the building a very graphic appearance.
