Due to its horizontally structured volumetry, the building appears light and inviting despite its mass. The façade made of slender aluminum slats, which is positioned in front of the actual structure and extends up to the parapet height of the floor above, underlines this lightness. The two entrance areas are emphasized by a slightly recessed cubature, which is continued on the floors above in the form of green balconies.
