Cap Gemini

OFFICE, NURSERY, COMPLETED, NEW BUILDING

The company headquarters for Capgemini and Spie was certified with LEED Platinum.

In contrast to its surroundings, the new headquarters of Capgemini and Spie represents a more austere type of building in the stringent grid of its high-quality natural stone façade. The triangular, two-storey incisions in the shape of the building break up the otherwise austere façade and accentuate the entrances.

The sculptural form of the building leads the public street space in the Schwarzbachquartier into the spacious, green inner courtyard, which forms the entrance area of the new building. The office spaces of the two tenants are clearly separated from each other and are accessed via separate entrances. Their floor plans are characterized by flexibly configurable working environments ranging from cellular offices to open office landscapes. There is also a children's daycare center on the first floor.
