The site for the new customer center with office building is located at the north-eastern end of the company premises on a former wasteland between the freeway feeder road, Weseler Straße and a petrol station. In order to give this narrow, triangular-shaped residual area a clear end, a 27-meter-high tower was positioned at the top. In front of it and creating a connection to the existing buildings, the new customer center is located as an elongated box. A black band wraps around the buildings, mediating between their different uses and connecting them into a single unit. Black and white echo the company's corporate design. The colorful façade in turn refers to the Brillux product: color.

The tower's almost square floor plan is clearly organized: The stairwell, technical installations and sanitary areas are arranged as a solid block on the southwest façade. While light-flooded office zones extend over the first seven floors, the top floor offers seminar areas that can be used for both internal and external events.
