Just around the corner from “Wohnen im Präsidentengarten” (House A), which was completed in 2020, the second construction phase on Bernsmeyerstiege has now been completed and occupied.

The building block with its high-quality natural stone façade extends over 5 upper floors and a basement and houses 44 condominiums.

This new building is based on House A in terms of material and cubature. However, while House A is structured by red panels, the younger building has façade panels in various shades of green. The sculptural design and the recesses in the façade are also similar.
