Where the Osmo halls once stood, a new quarter for living, working and living is being created between Stadthafen I and Schillerstraße. Around 770 new apartments will be created at the so-called Stadthafen Nord. A four-group kindergarten, office and service uses, restaurants and hotels are also planned.

Overall, an urban and sustainable new urban quarter is being created, which, with its mix of uses, will also create living space at the port for the first time. A network of paths to the surrounding districts will be created, which will be permeable for pedestrians and cyclists right up to the edge of the harbor.
