Zuschlag: Erweiterung des Ratsgymnasiums in Münster
Deutschlands Schulen platzen aus allen Nähten. Besonders die Gymnasien brauchen wegen der Umstellung auf G9 neue Räume. So auch in Münster. Wir freuen uns sehr, den Zuschlag für die Erweiterung des Ratsgymnasiums erhalten zu haben.
KRESINGS macht Schule. Mit dem neuen Projekt bauen wir derzeit sechs Gymnasien neu oder um, außerdem eine Gesamtschule und 12 Grundschulen. Fast nichts tun wir lieber als für die Jugend, also für die Zukunft, zu bauen.
The 4-storey Ratsgymnasium is located in the city center near the Promenadenring, within a neighborhood consisting of 3 to 4-storey apartment buildings and administrative buildings. The Ratsgymnasium is a typical school building from the 1950s, but was extended to the east and an additional storey added in 1975.
The façade was renovated in 2013-2018 and a new canteen was opened underneath the elevated gymnasium in 2020.
In addition to further classrooms, specialist and differentiation rooms, the secondary school is now to receive an extension to the administration area and the all-day area. Barrier-free access is also required.
The city plans to put the extended school rooms into operation for the 2026/27 school year.
