The listed former court gardener's house in a prominent location in Düsseldorf's Hofgarten dates back to 1770 and is home to the city of Düsseldorf's theatre museum. It is also a well-known and popular café and event location.

The City of Düsseldorf intends to comprehensively refurbish the building and make it barrier-free. We have now been commissioned with the feasibility study for the general refurbishment in the run-up to the Europe-wide VgV tender, which includes a structural condition analysis, the development of an overall concept for the refurbishment, the preliminary planning for barrier-free access and proposals for spatial optimisation.
