The Technik Campus Hilden consists of a new office building and an adjoining warehouse in the northern part of Hilden. Parking spaces and bicycle stands will also be created on the campus site and numerous trees will be planted.

The 4-storey, barrier-free office building will meet sustainable and energy-efficient standards and is aiming for DGNB Gold certification and the QNG seal.

The guiding principle for the design of the almost square office building with four storeys is a sustainable concept that meets the needs of the current working world with its flexible floor plan structure. The floor plan offers the possibility of flexible partitioning and allows for open space areas, team offices as well as single and double offices.
