The third issue of our KRESINGS magazine, hot off the press, with a foreword by Boris Schade-Bünsow, editor-in-chief of Bauwelt, is dedicated entirely to the topic of SECOND LIFE. It is about how we want to rethink architecture without thinking solely in terms of new buildings. We combine ecological goals with aesthetic aspirations when we plan future spaces in buildings from past decades. The future of architecture lies in rebuilding, reusing and transforming.

In the current magazine, we present some transformation projects, second-life hacks and re-use inspirations.

In order to live up to the guiding principle, we have also used certified and recycled paper, which has been given a second life in the form of our magazine.
