Kilian Kresing, born in 1979, joined the reorganised KRESINGS office as a partner in 2010 after studying architecture in Munich, Madrid and Aachen and working in Zurich, Düsseldorf and London, and opened an independent studio in Düsseldorf in 2016 alongside the Münster office.

Kilian Kresing is a registered member of the London and NRW Chambers of Architects, a member of the German Federal Foundation for Building Culture and an active member of buildingSMART with his office. He has worked as a lecturer and research assistant at TU Dortmund University and GU Tech Muscat and is still a visiting professor at GU Tech in Oman. In 2014 he was appointed to the BDA and in 2021 to the Design Advisory Board of the City of Dresden. Kilian has also been a member of the Design Advisory Board of the City of Aachen since 2022.
