We are very honoured to be in the final of the MIPIM Awards. The CIC - Coppenrath Innovation Centre is competing for the title in the BEST CONVERSION category against three projects from Paris, Rotterdam and Uppsala. This is another highlight in the rapid success story of this comparatively small project.

Commonly known as the Oscars of the property world, the MIPIM Awards are presented every year at the MIPIM in Cannes on a grand stage and with a great deal of media attention. They recognise the ‘most useful, sustainable and visionary projects’.

230 entries from 47 countries competed, from which 4 finalists were selected in each of 10 categories.

The finalists were announced at a major press conference in Paris this morning. The winners will be chosen during MIPIM based on 60% jury voting and 40% public voting (on site).

Fingers crossed that KRESINGS will receive the award at the ceremony on Thursday, 12 March.
