Zuschlag im VgV! KRESINGS baut f\u00fcr die Uniklinik D\u00fcsseldorf<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>Eine Woche nach unserem j\u00fcngsten VgV Erfolg, nun der n\u00e4chste Zuschlag. Wir wurden ausgew\u00e4hlt f\u00fcr die Planungsleistungen zur Nachnutzung des denkmalgesch\u00fctzten Hauses Himmelgeist auf dem Campus des Universit\u00e4tsklinikums D\u00fcsseldorf. Ziel ist es, die dezentralen Verwaltungseinheiten an einem Ort zu b\u00fcndeln und so Synergien zu schaffen. Etwa 120 Mitarbeiter sollen sp\u00e4ter im Geb\u00e4ude arbeiten.<\/p>\n
The existing 5-storey building dates back to 1892 and was last used for clinical purposes. Over the years, numerous extensions have been added, which have already been demolished by the UKD. The building is currently vacant and is now to be renovated and converted for subsequent use.
