Wohnbaupreis Osnabr\u00fcck f\u00fcrs HAGELOFT<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>Wir freuen uns sehr \u00fcber einen weiteren Preis f\u00fcr unser erfolgreiches Projekt in Osnabr\u00fcck. Die hochkar\u00e4tig besetzte Fachjury, der u.a. Prof. Hilde L\u00e9on, Stefan Forster oder Prof. Christa Reicher angeh\u00f6rten, hat unsere Umnutzung des ehemaligen Hagedorn Areals zu hochwertigen Wohnlofts ausgezeichnet. Mit dem Wohnbaupreis Osnabr\u00fcck, der 2022 erstmalig verliehen wurde, werden nachhaltige und baukulturell bedeutsame Wohnbauten pr\u00e4miert.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Wo fr\u00fcher Lenkergriffe und Tischtennisb\u00e4lle hergestellt wurden, ist ein neues Quartier zum Wohnen und Arbeiten entstanden. Die ehemalige Chemiefabrik Hagedorn in Osnabr\u00fcck wurde nach vielen Jahren Leerstand sorgf\u00e4ltig umgebaut, saniert und erweitert.<\/p>\n
The southern part of the building houses 18 modern apartments with varying living spaces from 50 to 150 m\u00b2. Large-format windows, cast-iron columns and column-free reinforced concrete beams characterize the living spaces and preserve the industrial charm of the old factory. Detached boxes form the infrastructure with bathroom, kitchen, guest WC and cupboard element. In conjunction with the large windows, this has created spacious loft apartments with flowing rooms. The east-west orientation also provides plenty of light. One floor was placed on the roof, creating additional living space without altering the listed structure. Together with the surrounding residential buildings that have been created on the site in recent years, a green inner courtyard has been created.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
